Visiting the Temple

Hello to all who are new to the temple as well as current members. I hope everything is well and you are enjoying the new year so far. I have an announcement to make for those who haven’t gotten a chance to visit the temple and are wondering when the temple will be open again. We are planning to open our gates again this Saturday, February 16 from 10:00am to 5:00pm for anyone who wants to come and visit. Our temple is normally closed on other days and are open only on special occasions and for ceremonies. You can find the full schedule of these special occasions and ceremonies on our Ceremonies page. Ceremony dates throughout the year always fall on a Sunday and are usually from 11:00am-4:00pm. A full schedule is posted on this website 1 week before the ceremony date. Please check back this Sunday for the full schedule for the First Full Moon Ceremony which is the next upcoming ceremony.

    Hi - I see on the web site that the Temple is open on Saturdays from noon - 3pm. Can you please confirm if this is true since the Temple page says Temple is open on the ceremony days only? Namo Buddhaya-

      Yes it is true. Normally we are only open during ceremony days, but because of popular demand, we do open on Saturdays from noon-3pm too since we are always up there cleaning up or doing maintenance work on Saturdays. However the main shrine isn't always open, but the rest of the temple is open for visitors to walk around and pray.

    Hi is the temple open every Saturday 12pm-3pm or just Feb 16th?
