Lunar New Years 2021 Announcement

Kính thưa chư Phật tử,

Chương trình Tết năm nay Địa Tạng Viên Quang Tử sẽ không có mở cửa Đêm Giao Thừa và chỉ mở cửa Mùng Một, Mùng Hai và Mùng Ba Tết (ngày 12, 13, 14 tháng 2, năm 2021). Chấp hành theo luật của Tiểu Bang cũng như sự an toàn về sức khỏe cho chư Phật tử, chư Tăng chúng và nhân viên trật tự của chùa, kính mong quý Phật tử đến chùa dâng hương đầu năm đeo khẩu trang, giữ khoảng cách 6 feet, và thường xuyên rửa tay sát khuẩn. Năm nay, chùa sẽ không có bãi đậu xe chổ bán lưu hay nhà bank và không có shuttle đưa rước Phật tử về chùa như mọi năm. Trong hoàn cảnh khó khăn của dịch bệnh Covid, kính mong quý Phật tử hoan hỷ thông cảm. Chân thành cảm ơn và xin cầu chúc cho tất cả Phật tử và đồng bào luôn sống tròn đầy an lạc và được sự gia hộ trong hào quang từ bi của chư Phật và Bồ Tát.

Dear Temple members,

We would like to announce that the Ksitigarbha temple will not be open on the night of Lunar New Years eve this year. However, we will be open on Lunar New Years day 1, 2, and 3 (thats Februrary 12, 13, and 14, 2021). In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, please bring your masks and wear them for the safety of the monks, volunteers, and other attendees. We will have handsanitizer stations all over the temple for anyone who would like to use them. Following the guidelines and regulations of the state we will have to limit the number of people coming in and out of the temple. This year we will not have any of the remote parking lots at the pottery or bank and will not have shuttle cars to drive people from and to the temple. Since the parking space is limited, please be patience as we will have to turn cars away when we reach full capacity. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience beforehand. Thank you for all of your support and we would like to wish everyone a happy and safe new years. May you be you and your family be full of health and prosperity under the protection of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
